Ever since since “Bye, Bye, Bye” came out 15 years ago (yes…it’s been that long), we knew Justin Timberlake (or JT) was destined for pop greatness. The ramen noodle-haired prince of pop stood out as a heartthrob amongst heartthrobs, and has been doing quite well for himself in the years since.
He’s had almost a dozen songs crack the Billboard Top 100, married and had a baby son with his long-time love Jessica Biel, and his full-on bromance with Jimmy Fallon has provided us with hours of entertainment. He’s also been making power real estate moves, as exhibited by his recent purchase of a Greenwich Street penthouse for over $20 million.

The penthouse in question, located in the infamous 443 Greenwich Street building, is like the Holy Grail of condo buildings in NYC.
To elaborate on the grandeur of this place, the Timberlake-Biel family’s place isn’t even close to the most opulent unit in the building – just recently, a separate penthouse in the building sold for over $44 million. JT and Jessica’s place is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartment in excess of 5,000 square feet (plus an almost equally-sized terrace).

After living in TriBeCa’s Pearline Soap Factory and the elegant Soho Mews building, JT decided to take the 443 Greenwich Street property up on its promise to remove the paparazzi issue from their lives and ensure a much more private experience than the couple is accustomed to.
The building boasts amenities such as private indoor parking, a porte cochere (a covered entrance large enough for vehicles to pass through), and some of the finest terraces in NYC.
