Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Wendy Lichtenberg is a cut above in the NYC brokerage world with the expert knowledge, service and results she delivers. Always putting her clients’ needs first, she is tuned into client needs, on top of every detail, and an integral part of making every deal a smooth success.

Whether you are searching for a luxurious full-time home, Manhattan pied-à-terre, or are seeking a great return on the sale of your prized investment property, Wendy will fulfill your unique goals with the utmost professionalism and dedication. Her in-depth knowledge of the Manhattan market coupled with her command of luxury marketing and real estate technology makes her an invaluable asset when seeking or selling that special New York home.

A real estate specialist for 20 years, Wendy has continually ranked as a leader in her field and as an outstanding producer in her office. Her proven track record of sales both in Manhattan and Long Island distinguishes her among peers, and she is grateful for the loyal following of repeat and referral clients she works with.

Wendy’s penchant for quality service was clearly demonstrated during her tenure as co-founder of Executive Concierge of New York, which provided corporate concierge services for high-profile tenants in commercial office buildings for such major clients as Cushman & Wakefield, 40 Wall, Roseland, and the Paramount Group. She perfected her business acumen and marketing savvy in the world of investment brokerage at Shearson Lehman Brothers as National Sales Manager of the Unit Trust Department. Prior to that, she sat at the helm of the local United Way’s Special Events Division spearheading their most successful fundraising events.

“At the end of the day,” says Wendy, a Sutton area resident and co-op owner, “being a good broker can be likened to being a trusted advisor. My role is to empower clients with knowledge, and help them make informed, confident lifestyle and financial decisions they can literally live with for years to come.”
