Ryan Watanabe is an experienced real estate agent whose passion for design and high-touch approach makes him a trusted advisor to many. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Ryan worked in architecture as a designer and project manager for both residential and commercial projects in NYC, Los Angeles, and St. Louis.
In his previous roles, Ryan excelled at residential design/build projects and managed projects for clients such as Equinox, Alexander Wang, Sony, 3 World Trade, The United Nations, UNICEF, and many more. With a deep understanding of the built environment and good design, Ryan was poised to make the pivot to working directly with clients who are in search of their next home.
Ryan is a graduate of Santa Clara University and studied architecture at Parsons in NYC. In his spare time, you can find him on a run along the East River greenway and exploring the city’s vibrant neighborhoods.
