She began her career in New York City, working onsite at a boutique real estate firm, where she handled all lifestyle-related requests, which ranged from moving coordination and travel itineraries, to fine dining and gift procurement. From there, she transitioned to training team members and developing procedures to improve client engagement and track performance. Being solution-oriented and coming from a place of "yes" is something that has been a constant in Naomi’s approach to negotiating on behalf of clients and getting the job done.
