Heidi Riddell

Heidi Riddell is part of The Agency Oakville, specializing in Oakville and Burlington as well as Hamilton, Ancaster and Grimsby. An agent since 2012, Heidi has a keen awareness of the local real estate market, and her clients range from families, couples and first-time buyers to investors.

Born in Montreal and fluent in French, Heidi relocated to Oakville in the 1980s and raised her family—a son and daughter—locally. “I have lived in South East Oakville for over 35 years and understand every corner of these markets,” says Heidi, who expertly employs cutting edge technology to get sellers maximum exposure of their homes and keep buyers up to date in real time.

Prior to real estate, Heidi served as President for a small distribution business, a demanding role that has added even more nuance and real world business experience to her extensive background in real estate and sales. As an agent, Heidi’s goal is to “get the job done right the first time” for her clients. “I put every bit of my real estate experience, market expertise and business background to work for my clients—which is why they can always rely on me to help them make the largest investments of their lives.

Heidi herself has built three homes from scratch, and is no stranger to the challenges of construction, development and design. A respected member of the local real estate community, Heidi has garnered multiple recognitions for stellar sales by Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd., achieved several awards for sales in her first year in the business and was named in the top 2% of agents in Canada for sales volume in 2019. Heidi is also a member of the Oakville-Milton(OMDREB) and Toronto (TREB) Real Estate Boards, which provides her access to homes across a broad geographical range.

In her free time, Heidi enjoys being with her family, going for daily walks, taking on some downhill skiing in the wintertime and tending to a menagerie of rescue pets— two rescue cats and a puppy. She also regularly donates to her local food bank and has previously volunteered as head scheduler for the Oakville Hawks Lacrosse Association.
