Joey Parsi joins The Agency Beverly Hills with a diverse background in real estate, business, and investment banking. From navigating his own real estate investments and developing homes with friends to negotiating new multimillion-dollar leases, and building and designing unique new restaurant concepts from the ground up, real estate has been a lifelong passion.

Representing both buyers and sellers across a broad spectrum of luxury residential and income properties here in the greater Los Angeles area, Joey strives to provide you with VIP service, the best marketing for your home, insightful local knowledge, experience, and a solution-driven approach to real estate.

Joey offers a track record of sales success, having been recognized among the top producers at every firm he has worked for during his meteoric career first as a stockbroker and investment banker on Wallstreet, an entrepreneur, then as the founder and CEO of publicly traded, Giggles N Hugs Inc.

A creative problem solver and serial entrepreneur by nature, Joey thinks outside the box to deliver innovative solutions. Working alongside Mauricio Umansky, the founder and CEO of The Agency, and who for the past ten years has been ranked among the top 10 agents in the country, as well as Gina Michelle, who is among the most experienced, knowledgeable, and is in the top 1 % of all agents in the country, Joey's goal is not only to bring himself and his skills to help you with your dream home but to bring in our entire collective team as well as the Agency's marketing might to align behind every client.

Patient, determined, experienced, and persuasive, he is a master negotiator and works persistently to close escrow, and will achieve the best results possible while providing VIP service to his clients.

Prior to joining The Agency, Joey in his most recent role was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Giggles ‘N’ Hugs family restaurants, becoming one of the most successful and unique restaurant concepts to launch in the country and attracting an enormous amount of press and notoriety in the process.

As CEO of Giggles ‘N’ Hugs, Joey is incredibly proud to have been covered in a variety of national and local media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Businessweek, Forbes Magazine, People Magazine, Us Magazine, The Los Angeles Times, LA Business Journal, and The New York Times, among the many others. Joey has also been featured on numerous business, and entertainment news shows, including, NBC Extra, Access Hollywood, E! Entertainment, Fox Business news, KTLA Morning News, ABC News, CBS News, KIIS FM, and more.

Over the years and prior to the Covid pandemic, Giggles ‘N’ Hugs grew into multiple locations throughout Southern California becoming the premier destination in Los Angeles for families with children, allowing Joey to meet thousands of customers in southern California including some of you, as well as many of the top A-list celebrities, entertainment executives, and business leaders who he now considers not just clients but friends.

First on Wallstreet, then as an entrepreneur in finance, and most recently as CEO of Giggles n Hugs, Joey has negotiated and closed multimillion-dollar transactions, managed over $1 Billion dollars in assets for clients, negotiated leases, built multiple uniquely designed restaurant locations, and took his company public, all while investing in luxury real estate. Joey offers his clients an immense amount of knowledge and experience in negotiating and closing contracts.

When he’s not serving his clients, Joey enjoys golfing at the Mountaingate Country Club and traveling. He currently lives in Encino Hills with his wife and their three children. He sits on the board of UCP Wheels for Humanity, a charitable organization providing wheelchairs and mobility to underprivileged children all over the world. He is passionate about the amazing lifestyle that Los Angeles has to offer and enjoys finding and closing transactions at the best possible price for his clients.
