With 15 years in finance and extensive experience personally buying, renovating and selling homes in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, Diamond Bar and Phoenix, Katrina has the vision and knowledge to help her clients sell their homes quickly and at the best possible price. Specializing in East Hollywood, West Hollywood and beyond, Katrina is known for her optimism, persistence and unwavering commitment to her clients. Her explicit knowledge of the building, designing and marketing processes ensures her clients have a true competitive advantage and are always abreast of the latest market trends. Having researched thousands of homes and put in hundreds of offers, in addition to completing countless closings and inspections, she serves as a trusted guide throughout every step of the transaction process.

Prior to her career in real estate, Katrina spent several years in luxury sales, where she was the top salesperson and first female sales manager of a 30-year-old company. Katrina sought out her real estate license after actively investing in real estate herself. Dismayed at the struggle she experienced in finding an effective real estate agent to represent her interests, she began working for a developer and later as a buyer’s agent under a service-oriented broker before joining The Agency. Her experience advocating on behalf of buyers across L.A. has proven invaluable when listing a client’s home for sale, as she knows exactly what buyers are searching for in today’s competitive market.

Outside of real estate, Katrina enjoys spending time with her husband and four-year-old daughter, exploring new places in the city, traveling, reading, practicing yoga, meditation and pilates and studying interior design and architecture. She supports Foster More and Habitat for Humanity.
