Andy is extremely knowledgeable about neighborhoods throughout the city. He has lived in Queens and Brooklyn, in addition to working all over Manhattan. Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Andy moved to New York City in 2013. He has been proud to call this big, beautiful, dynamic city home ever since.

In addition to working in real estate, Andy is an actor, singer, and member of the Actor’s Equity Association. He loves to ride his bike around every corner of the city, see theatre, and take care of his plant babies. Working with Andy, you will always feel supported and heard.
