In her nearly 15 years as an agent, Kristen Petronio has overseen a variety of transactions, honing invaluable local market expertise and an uncanny ability to intuit the wants and needs of her clients. Whether she is selling luxury homes, representing first-time buyers or leasing commercial properties, she leads with empathy and a commitment to providing the highest level of service.

A natural people person, Kristen loves hearing others’ stories and getting to know what matters most to them at home and in their lives. She asks all the right questions and astutely picks up on features and design styles her clients are drawn to, then works diligently to match them with the right property. Nothing brings her greater joy than seeing the gleam in her clients’ eyes when she hands over the keys to their new home.

Prior to becoming an agent, Kristen found success in the mortgage lending industry, working her way up through the ranks to become a top mortgage rep. Being on both sides of the industry helped her understand transactions from start to finish, making her uniquely equipped to guide her clients through the process and readily make referrals.

Originally from New York, Kristen spent most of her childhood in Minnesota before moving to Arizona in high school. When she isn’t connecting with her clients or skillfully negotiating to secure them the best possible terms, Kristen enjoys traveling, hiking, watching sports, and spending time with her family, including her stepdaughter and pup, Tito.
