I had Paula as my broker and she was fabulouuussss! I was moving here from Colorado with minimal things and pretty clueless, but she was helpful from the start on the phone, when I was still out of state! I had sent her (and various other brokers) a message about who I was, what I was looking for, etc, and right off the bat it was clear to me that she read my message and really absorbed all that information! She explained what she does and the way showings go, etc. She was very proactive in sending me apartments and encouraged me to send her ones I liked as well so that she could build a good tour suited for me. Her positive attitude really put me at ease and she reassured me that we could probably find a place within a day or two, which would have been a huge weight off my shoulders. We spent an entire (extremely hot) Tuesday driving all around my area to see various apartments, but she actually made it fun! It felt like I was looking for places with a friend, really. And sure enough, we did find a place at the end of day 1! From there on Paula remained engaged and made sure I understood every step of the way what was going on. She worked to make sure I could get moved in at a reasonable date for me, and once moved in, she sent me a really sweet housewarming gift. Paula is amazing and if I ever have the need, I'm definitely calling her up to find another fantastic place!
