That is right. While there are other units on the market that come close the most expensive apartment in New York City is listed for $118.5 million. If it sells, this apartment will break the record of highest sale price in NYC.

This is interesting because these three apartments are owned by two different people. The units make up the top two floors of a 40-story tower.
3. It spans 17,828 square feet.
The combined interior square footage of all three apartments is 15,434 square feet. However, the sale includes a total of 2,193 square feet of terraces.
4. The listing broker is a television star.
Ryan Serhant, the listing broker, is one of the three stars of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York. I wonder how the other two guys feel about this listing?
5. It has views of EVERYTHING.
The view of Jersey is certainly not the most impressive view from the apartment combo. Depending on where you are standing in the sprawling tower-enclosed estate, you have views of the Statue of Liberty, Freedom Tower, the Empire State Building, and of course, the Hudson River.

The mega-unit is in the Ritz-Carlton Hotel of Battery Park City. The massive building has 311 hotel rooms on lower floors under the 114 condominium units.
