Wong, spent 7 years renovating the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom at 25 East 4th StreetOriginally bought for $1.25 millionin 2005, the unit is currently in contract for the full $3.25 million asking price. Wong’s East 4th building has an elevator, laundry room, and common storage space.

The space has somewhat of a rugged history, at times being used as a sweatshop, a Yiddish theater, and a pornographic theater. The loft is 2,950 square feet and is full of character with its refurbished doors, exposed brick,antique Chinese vanity, a vintage ceramic tub, and a glossy black chandelier. This was Wong’s third renovation project with architect Jack Wettling.
