Bon Jovi purchased the apartment two years ago for an eye-catching $12.95 million. The gorgeous 3-bedroom Manhattan apartment just hit the market last week, and the rocker is asking for a sweet $17.25 million.

Bon Jovi is no amateur when it comes to the NYC real estate market. In 2013, he listed his SoHo penthouse for a jaw-dropping $43 million. While he couldn’t initially find any takers for the pad, he sold it two years later after reducing the price of the penthouse twice.
Now listing his West Village home, Bon Jovi is back in the market with his ritzy apartment boasting a multitude of charming features. The 3-bedroom apartment has en-suite bathrooms off each bedroom, the master has a huge walk-in closet, and there’s a den area that can be converted into a fourth bedroom.
