Daniel Radcliffe’s apartment recently went on the rental market. In 2007, the young actor bought the two-bedroom condo in Soho for $4.3 million dollars and soon began renting it out, serving more as an investment than a pied-à-terre. Halstead has listed this luxury apartment for $19,000 a month. Unfortunately, getting help from Gringotts Bank to pay for the apartment is not an option.
This 1,843 square foot apartment features a dual sink master bath and a sleek kitchen. The floor to ceiling windows bathe the spacious living room in sunlight. At 40 Mercer Street, you could either have a quick rinse in a glass shower or even take a long bath in a huge tub.
There is even a full gym and a pool in the building. Despite the amenities and luxurious features of this apartment, Radcliffe primarily rents it out. He spent more time at his townhouse in the West Village, which includes a backyard.
