You may remember Chef Justin Smillie’s applauded pop-up at the Marram Montauk resort last season. This summer, he and the Il Buco Alimentari team have found a permanent home with delectable dishes that feature fresh seafood and produce. Pick up a pastry next door for dessert!

From now until October, check out this new Thai-sushi fusion pop-up at Montauk Anglers Club. The owners of Kissaki and Fish Cheeks in New York City will be serving up Thai favorites, sushi, and an extensive drink menu.

Parrish Art Museum 50th anniversary

279 Montauk Highway, Water Mill

Spend a rainy day taking in the culture of the Parrish Collection. The museum currently features women abstract artists from the 1950s until present day and works by Lonnie Holley during his stay in the Hamptons.

Hamptons Classic Horse Show

Equestrians from around the world come together to the largest horse show in the United States to showcase their skills while competing for the chance to win $800,000.
