Experience the magic of Oktoberfest abroad! The Oktoberfest Festival is held annually in Munich, Bavaria, Germany and is the world’s largest beer festival. 902 Brewing Company is holding their very own Oktoberfest in Jersey City this fall to bring a piece of Bavaria and its incredible beer to the tri-state area.


Jersey City Harvest Festival

Start off the Fall season and month of Halloween with pumpkin decorating, arts and crafts, and live music at the Jersey City Harvest Festival. Enjoy a breezy fall day filled with dancing, delicious food, and great company.

Bergen Square Day and Apple Fest

7th Annual Cultural Diversity Festival 

City Hall Plaza, Jersey City
October 2 10 AM – 2 PM

Experience the unique culture and diversity of Jersey City through performances from Jersey City Ballroom, African Fusion Dance, Kizuna Daiko, Cadencia Dancers, and more! Enjoy arts and crafts alongside some favorite fall activities like pumpkin painting and dancing.

Hudson Halloween

Kick-off the holiday with the Annual Hudson Halloween Parade and Trick or Treat. Dress up in your favorite costume and pick up delicious candies along the way.

Haunted Forest

Tenafly Nature Center, Bergen County
October 24 3:30 – 6:30 PM

Take a quick jaunt outside of Hudson County for a spooky tour of Bergen County’s nature center trails on an entertaining, sensory walk. Meet some animals, learn about different sights throughout the trail, and sit by the campfire with some refreshments. Safe for all ages.

The Jersey City Half Marathon

Lincoln Park: West Side Ave and Belmont Ave, Jersey City
Starts at 9:30 AM on October 3rd

Also offering a 5k and 10k, the Jersey City Fall Half Marathon is a fundraiser for Sustainable JC, a non-profit working to improve Jersey City’s environmentally friendly practices. Get your running shoes on and take part in the race, or support friends and family as they cross the finish line!
