Jersey City Real Estate Market Update: Q2 2022

Jersey City real estate saw year over year and quarter over quarter price increases, with the average and median price point between $650K – $716K. There were 596 homes sold during Q2, up from 521 in Q1 and down from 703 in Q2 2021. Homes spent an average of 29 days on the market, down 26% compared with Q1 and 34% compared with Q2 of last year.
