Our fragile lil spirit animal, Mary Kate Olsen, has scoped out and scooped up a five bedroom penthouse in Turtle Bay with her beau, Olivier Sarkozy. The Turtle Bay Gardens home at 245 E 48th Street sold to the couple for $13.5 million earlier this month.
