If you’re not eating Easter Brunch at your Grandma’s house, here are 5 of the best places to enjoy this family meal in the big apple.
1. Riverpark-450 E 29th Street
The Tom Collicchio owned restaurant is known for their eclectic New American, farm to table menu. They will make your Easter special with the usual brunch menu offered at a prix fixe of $45 for 3-courses in addition to Easter-themed specials which have yet to be determined (11am-3pm). The chef will decide day of, what the specials will be exactly. You have your pick of sweet (Coconut pancakes with Caramelized Hazelnuts) or savory (Fried Chicken and Rosemary- Black Pepper Waffles) but either way you’re sure to enjoy this delicious brunch.
2. Perilla- 9 Jones Street
Chef Harold Dieterle’s small yet comfortable eatery is a great choice for Easter Brunch. Perilla offers a Seasonal Amercian cuisine but no matter what is on the menu, the guests leave happy. Make sure to get a reservation ASAP. Brunch will be offered from 11am-2:30pm. You can go for a traditional lunch stunner like their Spicy Duck Burger or relish the occasion with Lamb and Rabbit specials. Tasting menus are also available.

3. La Mangeoire- 1008 2nd Avenue
Try this contemporary French restaurant for a new twist on Easter. A $45 prix fixe menu will be offered from 12pm to 4:30pm. The regular menu at La Mangeoire is decadent and rustic with items such as Farm Raised Roasted Chicken au jus and steak-frites. The Easter Brunch menu is uniquely different but you will get the same amazing experience. The Pan Seared Hudson Valley Duck Breast or the Spring Lamb Loin will be featured this Easter.
4. Asellina- 420 Park Avenue South
This casual yet elegant Italian restaurant has an ultra-modern feel with classic food. Brunch will be served from 11:30am-5pm. You will not be sorry with any of the choices on Asellina’s menu. If you’re in the mood for sweet, try the Italian Toast with brown sugar, amaretto batter and cinnamon apples. You will also find your savory classics like eggs benedict and frittatas. But the most exciting item on the agenda is Easter Egg decorating with the Easter Bunny. So bring the little ones between 12pm and 3pm and enjoy a delightful meal while you’re there.
5. Café Boulud- 20 E 76th Street
One of many of Chef Daniel Boulud’s namesake restaurants, this French-American eatery is a serious crowd pleaser. There will be a three course prix fixe menu for $95 per person ($45 for the kiddies under 12) between 11:30am and 3:00pm. The restaurant has an entirely new brunch menu for the occasion. Start with DB’s Smoked Salmon with crème fraîche, capers, and toasted brioche and end with the Colorado Lamb Loin with fava bean panisse, morel mushrooms, spring garlic, and jus for the ultimate Easter feast.
