Hoboken sales during Q2 showed the continued strength of the local market with large quarter over quarter increases in total number of sales alongside quarter over quarter gains in median listed and sales price as well as average sales price. Days on market were also down considerably compared with Q1 of this year. Year over year median listed and sales prices were slightly down.
