Q3 data for the Hoboken real estate market shows a year over year increase in median listed price and number of new listings, as well as significantly reduced days on market. Average and median sales prices ticked down slightly, and year over year sales remain down. Quarter over quarter sales saw a large jump along with a large decrease in quarter over quarter days on market.
