The Hoboken real estate market showed strong sales in Q4 with a significant increase in the number of homes sold compared with Q4 2019 and Q3 2020. Year over year listing prices were down while average and median sales prices were slightly up. Quarter over quarter listing prices were also down, as were average and median sales prices.
