Hudson County saw year over year increases in median list price, average sales price, and median sales price, as well as a decrease in days on market, compared with May 2019. These are positive signs for Hudson County’s real estate market. As expected because of COVID-19, there were year over year decreases in the total number of sales and new listings for May 2020.
