Hudson County real estate slowed down slightly in April, with 9% fewer sales month over month and 20% fewer sales year over year. Prices continued increasing, however, with a 12% jump in median listed price from March to April, and a 17% jump from April 2021. New listings were down 15% month over month and 16% year over year, while days on market decreased, with homes selling in an average of 36 days compared with 42 days in March and 50 days in April of last year.
