Hudson County real estate slowed down in July, with 10% fewer sales month over month and 28% fewer sales year over year. Prices decreased, with a 6% decline in median sales price from June to July. New listings were down 19% month over month and 14% year over year, while days on market increased, with homes selling in an average of 30 days compared with 28 days in June and 36 days in July of last year.
