Year over year numbers show tremendous growth in the Hudson County real estate market, with 78% more sales in Q1 of 2021 than there were in Q1 of 2020. Year over year and quarter over quarter prices are up countywide, tempered by year over year and quarter over quarter increases in new listings and days on market.
