The Q2 Hudson County real estate market showed year over year and quarter over quarter strength across all metrics. Listing price points, sales price points, and total sales were up countywide, while days on market continued to decline. Jersey City and Hoboken showed the same trends with the exception of Hoboken’s year over year price points which trended downward.
