Tapping into the New Jersey real estate market has been a goal of our’s for a while now, so we couldn’t be more ecstatic that the Triplemint brand name has finally made its way across the Hudson River.
Considered part of the New York metropolitan area, Hudson County is the smallest, but one of the most densely populated, counties in New Jersey. If you’re a native New Yorker who hasn’t gotten the chance to explore Jersey much, you may only be familiar with Hudson County because of Hoboken or Jersey City. However, Hudson County has a far more diverse make up apart from these two cities. The other cities and townships within Hudson County are: Bayonne, East Newark, Guttenberg, Harrison, Kearny, North Bergen, Secaucus, Union City, Weehawken, and West New York.
“For years, clients have been asking us if we serve the Hoboken market and we have had to turn away a lot of business from people who are looking for the Triplemint model there. It’s frequently referred to as the ‘sixth borough’ and commuting from Hoboken into Midtown Manhattan is faster than many parts of Brooklyn,” says Triplemint Co-Founder Philip Lang.
Later this year, we’ll be opening the official Triplemint New Jersey real estate office and storefront in Hoboken. The New Jersey office won’t be your typical real estate office though. The open space storefront will host many events and will be a space where clients can relax and be comfortable approaching us with any real estate questions or inquiries they may have.
With the addition of the waterfront and more favorable taxes, it’s natural that many people consider Hoboken when looking for their next space near NYC. We are excited about the addition of Hoboken and look forward to creating a better real estate experience there!
