Jersey City sales prices in January saw year over year increases along with an increase in number of sales and new listings on the market. Median listed price slipped and days on market was slightly up compared with January of 2020. Each Jersey City neighborhood is its own submarket with a mix of rising and falling year over year price points, new listings, and days on market.
