Jersey City Real Estate Market Update: July 2022

The Jersey City real estate market showed a slowdown in July, with 6% fewer sales than in June and 18% fewer sales than in July 2021. Homes spent an average of 30 days on the market in July, up 2 days from June and down 11 days from the prior year. Prices slowly climbed, with the median listed price at $685K, up from $675K in June and $625K in July 2021, while median sales price was$600K, down from $700K in June and $669K in July 2021.
