Jersey City’s Q2 real estate market continued with upward trends in total sales, listing and sale price points, and listing inventory. Days on market were down quarter over quarter and up year over year. Most neighborhoods within Jersey City followed this same pattern, with Downtown and Journal Square seeing the biggest quarter over quarter jump in sales and Downtown and The Heights seeing the biggest quarter over quarter median sales price increase.
