The Q3 Jersey City real estate market saw year over year and quarter over quarter increases in median and average sales prices, alongside a decrease in median listed prices and number of sales. Homes spent less time on the market compared with Q2 2021 and Q3 2020, and there was a quarter over quarter decrease in the number of new listings to hit the market.
