Prices were still down while inventory shot up, presenting a unique opportunity for serious buyers willing to enter a highly competitive market.


April’s Brooklyn real estate market continued seeing high demand, with large increases in month over month and year over year contracts signed and closed sales. Pricing is still slightly down while new and total inventory is up considerably.


Queens real estate in April sustained high demand, with notable increases in year over year and month over month sales. Year over year new listings took an expected jump up while overall inventory held steady. Pricing was a mixed bag with a year over year increase and month over month decrease.
