The Manhattan market continued showing signs of a rebound in February, with signed contracts up 21% year over year and 12% month over month. Listed prices and price per square foot remained down year over year as did number of total sales, an indication that current market conditions remain opportune for those seeking to buy at a relative discount.


Brooklyn real estate remained in high demand during February, with sales up 29% and signed contracts up 30% year over year. Listed prices and average price per square foot were down, as were new listings.


The Queens real estate market remained strong in February, with median listed price and number of sales up year over year, while the number of available homes ticked down year over year and month over month.
