Westchester real estate sales slowed in April, with 20% fewer sales compared with March and 8% fewer sales compared with April 2021. The median listed price was just under $890K, a 3% year over year increase and a 1% month over month decrease. Homes spent an average of 43 days on the market, down from 51 in March and down from 71 in April of last year.
