Triplemint Westchester Real Estate Market Update: May 2022

Following a slowdown in April, Westchester sales were up by 26% in May, though still down 9% year over year. The median listed price was $865K, a 5% year over year increase and a 3% month over month decrease. The number of new listings was up 9% compared to April, but down 7% compared to May 2021. On average, homes spent 35 days on the market, down from 43 in April and down from 62 in May of last year.
