The October real estate market saw Westchester sales and listing prices up month over month and year over year while there was a notable decrease in the number of homes available marketwide. Homes in Westchester spent fewer average days on the market in October compared with September and October of 2020. A year over year increase in average price per square foot was tempered by a slight month over month price decrease.
