Triplemint Westchester Real Estate Market Update: Q4 2021

The Q4 2021 Westchester real estate market saw small year over year increases in average price per square foot and median listed prices, while the number of total sales decreased 25% year over year and 30% quarter over quarter. The median sale price for Westchester homes went up 1% compared with the previous year, and declined 13% compared with Q3. Homes spent an average of 48 days on the market, down from 60 days in Q4 2020 and up from 35 days in Q3 2021.
