The New York Post has reported that Will Smith “and family” checked out an almost $20,000/mo penthouse in NoHo at 640 Broadway. Usually there is nothing out-of-the-ordinary about a celebrity checking out downtown real estate, but this may be different. The unit that the star of Hancock and The Pursuit of Happiness looked at is a true one bedroom (convertible two bedroom) and Mr. Smith has a family of five.
Either the FP of BA is looking for a party pad or he could possibly be in the market to snag his son, Trey (21), some new city digs. Maybe this Cali boy is heading to the forever cold and dreary Big Apple? Whatever the case, we now know that the Smith clan is in the market. What lucky broker is going to seal the freshest of deals?
